The white spots look like diaper rash cream. Did you recently put some on him?

Is it mucusey? My son is formula fed and has had the same thing with the white spots in it. Once it consistently stayed that way I took him to the doctor and they changed his formula because they think he has a sensitive stomach. He’s been doing well after that!
