Doggy is giving me superstition

So I've already taken 4 tests and they all the faintest lines, so kinda just took them as negatives and let them be until morning when I can test with FMU. But as I lay here I've been realizing all these crazy symptoms I've been having. I've been sooo f'ing hungry lately, I hardly have huge appetites but I'm so hungry all the time. Next, I've been having these little pin-like feeling cramps, not painful but not really comfortable either. I've been having some odd cravings but the last thing I've come notice, my dog has gotten crazy clingy attached to me. I mean yeah he was needy before but now he buries himself into my stomach and basically claws his way into me just to get closer. like he's not already close enough he has to dig his way closer. hoping for at least for a bfp if not maybe a vfl. pray for baby dust
