Should I let this go or no?

So I’ve been talking to this guy for a really long time and he asked me to hang out and I said yes but he changed the date because him and his boss when deep sea fishing and I was ok with it whatever we were supposed to hang this Saturday and then today he said “Emily you’re going to be really fucking mad at me but I forgot I had to get my car maintained so I can’t pick you up” as you can imagine I am rather upset at him a little because that’s the second time he’s done that I’m not sure if I should just take it easy on him or not ? I told him how I felt and that it’s not right to do that am I over reacting ? Thanks xo
