Am I Overreacting???!

I’m 18 weeks and just bought something for the baby. This is the first thing I’ve bought ( a pack of onsies and a bottle). I had an urge to get something to make everything finally feel real! So I text the one friend who I talk to about all my baby stuff and the reaction literally pissed me off. First she told me not to buy anything it was too early... told me I need to wait. Second she started asking a ton of questions about the items I got. So I stopped texting her. I just want to be excited (well I am) but it seems like she just shot me down.

Am I being too emotional?
