Does anyone know that this could be?

So about a month ago I started having this appear on my elbows. I’m not allergic to poison ivy so it can’t be that but it itches sooo bad (mainly at night) and it’s gotten worse over the past few days and I’ve been eating spaghetti (I don’t think it really looks like a gluten allergy but I just thought I’d add that in case someone has a different opinion). Anyways, does anyone have an idea what this could be? My family has no idea and before I go to the doctor I’d like to get some advice. I’ve also put hydrocortisone cream on it and it doesn’t work.
