2 Year Old Sleep Regression

We just brought baby girl home 2 weeks ago and my 2 year old has been waking every night screaming at least once usually 2-3 times per night. One night he woke 10 times. He screams his head off until we go into him with milk. Sometimes we even have to play or read with him in middle of night before getting him back to sleep. It’s exhausting with a newborn waking all night as well. I assume it’s due to the new baby. We do our best to give him ample love and attention throughout the day. What else can we do?
