Let’s talk nipples

Ok, I used to have small nipples (size of a dime) then I got pregnant with my son and they got bigger. Then I pumped for 6 months. They never really went down to pre-pregnancy size. Now I’m pregnant again and they’re getting bigger again FROM MY ALREADY BIG SIZE! 😰😱 I’m talking I’m 20 weeks and they’re the size of a silver dollar! 💰💰💰⚰️

Do they ever go back down? I’m really insecure about it with my husband. I don’t even want him to see.
