Help Please!!!

Ok ladies...

Does anyone know if it’s normal to be throwing up and having diarrhea a few days before your period begins? I have not felt any cramps at all, but I am feeling so sick! This has been going on for the last few cycles. The first few times I assumed it was a bug/ food poisoning, but I now realize it is happening during the exact same time every month. I used to have cramps years ago that would make me throw up, but I am not in pain at all! Just sick! Any tips or ideas? Thanks in Advance!!
