Cramps

I have a regular 28 day cycle. Every month when AF comes i cramp however this time i have SEVERE cramps, my back, side, pelvis is killing me. I keep throwing up everything i eat and drink. And my nipples, omggggg horrible! I know i am not pregnant being that AF is here but I have been ttc for 7 months now with no luck. Hoping next month is my time. Anyways, This is excruciating pain, far worse than i ever had. I took pills but they NEVER kicked in. And i never usually cramp all day. I have cramped from the time i woke up to this very moment. Should I go to the hospital or wait to see if it continues tomorrow? did i mention my stomach feel soooo weird. like so much shit going on inside. feels like my organs are just swimming everywhere.
