Middle Name Help

Okay so we've finally decided to go with the name Ivy for our baby. This was my first choice when we were expecting our first but we had a boy. This time I was hoping for a girl so we could use this name. It's a family name and I like that it isn't too common or unusual.

The problem I'm having is finding a middle name. Our son has 2 middle names so I think my husband wants 2 for this one too. I'd like to omit the middle name altogether but that was vetoed.

Originally we said Ivy Mary Elizabeth. Mary is my grandma's name and sort of my husband's grandma's name (Marie but goes by Mary). Elizabeth is my middle name. The only problem is that my boss is Mary and she gives me so much anxiety that I really hate the thought of giving that name to my daughter. I didn't think it would bother me but the more I'm around her the more I can't stand the name.

So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We also talked about Ivy Elizabeth Jayne. Jane is his mom's middle name and Jayne is my aunt.
