High IgG antisperm antibodies success stories

My SO had a semen analysis done a few weeks ago and it came back with 0% normal morphology and 70% IgG antisperm antibodies. Has anyone dealt with similar numbers to this? Everything else had normal readings.

Any success stories or overall experiences to share?

Just an UPDATE! May 1st 2019, We’re now 6 weeks pregnant after our second IUI. Hubby’s morphology and ASAs fluctuated a lot over the past few months. We added vitamins and he started Clomid to increase his testosterone which would then help boost his sperm count.
