Heavy periods

This is the second period I’ve had that is really heavy. I’ve never had to use super plus tampons and find that I do now.

I’m 32, 7 mo PP, I’m wondering if my Mirena coming out on its own back in July had anything to do with this or my hormones or some other serious underlying issue..

I woke up and could feel it pouring out of me, it scared me. I’m having some usual menstrual cramping but nothing bad. My last period was heavy the whole way through ( 7 days) till the last day. Usually I have one heavy day and the rest it just tapers off..
