Not prego related but does anyone else’s kids STILL want to shower with them at 5 years old?!

I am prego with my third and my two girls always want to get into the shower with me! Even my 5 year old! 
Is this weird? Part of me is like - well we are both girls, and the other part of me is like, isn’t she a bit too old to want to shower with me? Like, she doesn’t seem bothered or uncomfortable at all. She loves it!

I don’t find it to be weird at all. In a way you’re showing her to take care of and clean her body. She’s also seeing that her body can change as well and that’s ok. I know loooots of kids around her age who will hope in the shower with their parent. Take the opportunity to teach her that all bodies are beautiful ☺️

My son showers with me and he’s 10 months. I don’t care if he wants to for longer. If it’s comfortable for everyone, I don’t see an issue at all.

My baby  is only a year, But its just easier to put her  in the shower with  me. I don't  see it as a big deal until they don't  want to.

I feel like 5 it would be normal for her to still want to shower with you, I feel like once she’s like 7 she will not want to then.

It isn’t weird to a kid because it is what they know and they don’t really become body conscious until 6 ish.
If you think it is weird, you can tell her she is too big to shower with mommy.

She's 5. She hasn't created this "ew that's my mom naked" mentality yet. She's still so innocent. I suggest that you soak up the innocence while you can.

Growing up, nudity was never a big deal in my family. It’s natural and part of life. It’s only weird if you make it that way. I remember showering with my aunt, mom, sister and grandma on a camping trip when I was 15. None of us were uncomfortable 🤷🏻‍♀️ shit I peed with the door open in my family home until I was over 20 😂 nudity is what you make it.

I showered with my mom until I was like 8 or 9. We stopped because I wanted privacy
