I thought I’d share this prenatal workout plan I stumbled upon. They’re pregnancy friendly (of course check with your doctor) workouts to help you stay (or get) in shape while pregnant and be strong for birth and and baby 💪🏼
This fitness trainer mama wrote out a guide for each week and you just go to her YouTube channel for the videos! Super easy to follow along with and do at home!
