Dryness and Itchy!!

Okay, I didn't get this dryness and itchy feeling until spent the night at a friends on Sunday. I thought the cat had rubbed on the toilet paper which caused the itchiness (I'm allergic to cats and my friend has one). It went away with cold water but the dryness continued. I didn't have any itching until this morning (Friday). The itching went away with cold water but the dryness is still here. There isn't any discharge and there is no smell. I'm so confused cause I'm suppose to be ovulating right now but it's dry as a bone down there. Help?
