Ok short story me and my sons dad got back together last month

I wasn’t missing a period till him and i got back together

I didn’t have my period this month just light pink spotting on my toilet paper no full pads no cramps nothing period related

I stopped spotting few days after i noticed it

Went and did the blood test like doctor ordered

It was negative

I took a pee pregnancy test had a very very faint blue line ( same brands i used with my son).

Waited awhile to retest got a little more noticeable blue line ( positive faint counts as the doctor said).

Went for blood test again but came back negative

Still no period

Just tickling in my abdomen and mild sore nips

When i get my period I don’t tickle to death

I had tickling with my son when I found out I was pregnant

Still no cramps or signs of period coming I always have super heavy painful periods( pain from the cramps obviously).

Has anyone gotten negative blood tests but positive pregnancy pee tests?
