Ladies, please I need help

I am getting a hemeroid that's been reoccurring that I've named Lloyd, he's very painful comes to visit every couple weeks for a week at a time. I don't like the idea of anyone being down there to remove him, did you ladies do anything or buy anything that helped the pain? I tried preparation H it doesn't feel good on the hole, doesn't help at all to be honest. I also can't take a warm bath because my house is under renos. I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant with a baby that the ultra sound lady says is huge for his age.
