Sleep schedule?!

My daughter is 10th months and has a crazy sleep schedule sometimes she won’t go to bed until 2 am. Plus she barely naps during the day. I don’t know how to get her on a more set schedule. Any tips ?

We introduced a bedtime routine pretty early on. I am personally against "scheduling" for young babies and I nursed to sleep and such but we did a nightly routine. Around 7:30 we'd do baby massage, change into PJs, (even if she spent the day in PJs, would still be sure to change her clothes), read a book out loud, nurse, and she'd typically fall asleep on the breast. If it was bath day, (in the early days I only bathed her like twice a week), then we'd do bath before the fresh PJs. Her bedtime was consistently 8pm, even if she was still settling or wide awake. Now she's two and goes to bed by 9. Same routine - change, read a book/sing a lullaby, cuddle to sleep. For naps, I try to keep it a consistent nap, about 4-5 hours after she wakes up in the morning. Whether she got up at 6am or 8am, I find she usually needs it about 4 hours later. Even if she's flat out refusing, I say we will just lay down and rest. On rare occasions, she will just lay there and ask to get up after like 15 mins, and so nap gets pushed. But most of the time, the laying down at a consistent interval usually gets her to fall asleep. Consistency and routine are best, whether you're scheduling or not.

We set a schedule at 4 months and simply just stuck with it lol from 4-13 months, our daughter woke at 6:30am, napped from 9:30-11:30am and again from 2:30-4pm and then went to bed at 6:30pm. At 13 months we dropped down to one nap a day so she wakes at 7am, naps from 11:30am-2pm and then goes to bed at 6:30pm.
