FTM baby poop help!😭😩

So my girl is 7 months old

She gets scared to poop and idk if it’s because she has to actually push it out now

Is this constipation? I have no clue!!

It’s firm but not hard.. kinda like peanut butter. And like adults. I mushed it in the wipe with my hands so see if there was any blood and there isn’t. Sorry for the Gross pics

It’s been like this for a few weeks now. She doesn’t cry anymore but I help her by holding her legs up. Her ped said no juice so

She drinks plenty of water and breastfeeds every 2-3 hours still with some solids in between.

I’ve stayed away from constipating foods

So she mainly has pears, prunes, avocados strawberries and some veggie mixed ones

Are their poops still suppose to be liquidy on solids?! Like when she was only breastfed or is this normal?!
