STD or UTI?

I made a stupid mistake and let the guy I was fucking do anal and then go back into my vagina. I was peeing a little blood earlier this morning and felt a strong urge to pee even when I had just used to bathroom. I took a painkiller and that went away. Right now, I just feel a slight burn once I’m almost done peeing. What do you guys think? Is this a UTI or STD? This is my first time ever having something like this and I’ve learned my lesson. Do you guys have any advice to quickly get rid of whatever I have?
