Needing advice from women who have worked/are working while pregnant!

Anyone know my rights has a pregnant worker? I HAVENT told my boss yet, cause I wanna know my rights!

The company I work for is already pretty horrible on their workers (been looking for a different job) but it pays the bills right now. As of right now I'm a little over 5 weeks battling morning sickness and dizzy spells.

We already don't have any type of breaks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, potty, just none.

We just recently food out we can't eat or bring in food.

Not allowed to sit at all have to stand the whole shift.

My boss is hardly around when I'm at work but he watches the video tapes the next day then we get in trouble.

Thankfully I have amazing co workers that let me run to the bathroom or hide me while I eat crackers for my stomach!! They are a blessing right now!

This morning I came into work to open at 445am and found a note saying for as soon as my coworker gets her I have to immediately into the cooler and stock and organize til I get off work.

Whenever I do the cooler before I found out I was pregnant, lifting all the cases and pallets already hurt my back and sides. I have to get on a ladder to reach the top to get more cases down and with my dizzy spells this isn't looking so good.

I'm worried about loosing my job or getting treated worse after telling him or worse loosing my baby!! 😣😣😣
