Fever & ibprofen but found out im pregnant HELPPPP

Okay so i JUST got a positive test like an hour ago....thing is... ive taken ibprofen twice in the past week and ive been sick last few days and had s fever two nights ago. I never took my temp but i know i had one without a doubt. I dont think it was super high. Im feeling better every day. Seems to just be a normal cold. Sore throat, cough, runny nose and congested. Body aches. Super tired. But im feeling a lot better already.

But now Im really worried the affect ibprofen and having a fever could have had! Anyone know anything? I did some research and it seems like theres mixed conclusions in studies on this. My friend calmed my nerves saying some people do meth while pregnant so i think im okay. I know theres not much i can do but wait now but just want to know peoples thoughts. Thanks!
