Less than 30 says...updates 30/60/90/115/153 days

The first picture hurts my heart before having my first I was down a considerable amount of weight, and then gained a ton after I had him (gained nothing during pregnancy). With my second i have hover between 270-280 since her birth 9 months ago.

The first picture was taken 7/28 and I started low carb high fat diet 7/30. As of yesterday 8/25 I am down to 261. And though in person I see nothing different this picture shows a difference in my face.

Here’s some perspective from before I had my kids heaviest 311lbs lowest 180lbs

I’m excited to keep this train moving, I did update my end goal from 135 to 150. I have always said if I got to 150-160 and was comfortable I would stop but I am not going to try and push myself past 150, to start. With the goal change it puts me at less than 100 lbs left to lose 99.9 left to go.

90 days...10/30/18

October kicked my butt, my birthday/my husbands birthday, shoulder injury, illness, knee injury. All mean I ate like crap, and didn’t go to the gym the entire month.

Got back to the gym today, and convinced my cousin to go with me on her days off (Tuesday and Wednesday) so hopefully that will get my motivation back.

I will not let these next couple months be as bad as October. With my daughters birthday, thanksgiving next month and Christmas the following. Not letting the holidays win.

I’m a little early on my 120 day update but since a I had a couple minutes this morning I decided to share.

The first picture is from my sisters wedding 5/5/18 second is today.

I am a few days late posting this update. I did not quite make my end of the year goal I was half a lb shy and that’s okay. I fell way off the diet and gym wagon with the holiday but maintained at 59.5 lbs from about 12/10 through the end of the month. I also cut almost all my hair off as I start a new job Monday (1/7/19), I got to dig out some shirts I haven’t been able to wear since before I got pregnant with my 3 year old. And buy all new pants to return to the office.

Saw some family friends last night that have not seen me in a while and they were all stunned and could not stop congratulating me on how I look 🥰🥰
