Squat challenge soreness.

Im on day 3 of my squat challenge first day was 50 squats, second 55 and today i need to do 60 buttttt my thighs are so sore to even walk go down the stairs and etc. I just tried doing my 60 and didnt passed 10 squats. Should i pushed myself to do the 60 or should i be resting and waiting for soreness to go down? Or how can make the soreness go away quicker ? Thanks
