NEED ANSWERS!!!!

so i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend yesterday for the first time in like three weeks. this morning i woke up to go to the bathroom and it was really painful, i dont think i have any std’s since me and him have both been tested, unless he cheated within those three weeks with someone infected. do you think i could have an std or is this a normal morning after thing??
