Kinda freaking out, am I being irrational?

So I’m on the pill and I take it perfectly and everything. I haven’t had sex in about 6 months, but for some reason I get paranoid that I’m going to touch semen somewhere out in Public and later come home and maybe scratch myself down there and get pregnant from that. I know this sounds so so stupid. Is that kind of scenario possible at all? Or does it sound like it’s my OCD trying to make a problem out of nothing. I masturbate occasionally too so I just get scared if I have traces of leftover sperm on one of my fingers it can get me pregnant.

It’s impossible sperm doesn’t live long outside the human body, like it either needs to be in the man or in your vagina, or taken straight from the man and frozen my medical professionals. But no you can’t get it from touching something that may have had a perm on it and the sperm was dry, maybe if u just gave a handjob to a man and then had it on your hand and it was still wet and you master acted you could possibly get pregnant.
