Need help ladys

On july 5th I found out I was pregnant and we were so happy and on August 3 I had my miscarriage at exactly 2 months pregnant and 8 days later when I stopped bleeding me and my husband were trying again of course with a doc approval....witch he never check my hormones level ugh...but I noticed yesterday I had a few little light light pinkish/brownish on the toilet paper when I wype....and today too just like twice is it possible to get pregnant with out not getting any period in between my miscarriage???and if so when can I test....I took a test yesterday and it was supper light light too light but idk of it was my hormones level from last pregnancy......
