best friend cuts 💔

so i recently found out my best friend cuts herself and when sad, take about 5-7 pain killers. i feel like i should tell her parents but i dontwant her to be mad at me. she is only 14. what should i do and how should i say it. (i have already talked to her about it and she continues to do it.) she doesn’t talk to me about it tho. she talk to this very rude and obnoxious boy who clearly doesn’t care about her. someone help ;(
