Do you think it’s possible to unknowingly have an orgasm when you’re a kid?

So recently I had an orgasm while I was asleep. Depending on the kind of dream I have, I can orgasm now and then while sleeping.

Anyways, it got me to thinking-I swear I have had a similar sensation while sleeping before, a few times as a kid. I would say it happened now and then from the age of 8 and older. And bear in mind, when I was 8 I didn’t even know what sex was or about anything remotely erotic. So the ‘orgasm’ must’ve happened randomly?

So, do you think it’s possible I orgasmed as a child?
