Healthy weight loss while pregnant?

This may be a silly question but has anyone ever been on a healthy pregnancy diet and lost weight while doing so? I would like to tone my arms/legs and let my belly grow. I’m 188 and am 5’1 at 8 weeks pregnant and my dr is concerned about my weight gain as I am too. Just wanted to see if there’s any diets that’s safe don’t want negativity just honest answers thanks!
