Diagnosed GD

I got the news yesterday I am now diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Haven't heard from the diabetic nurse yet with my OB team so I don't know what I should be expecting. I barely missed the cut off for 2 of my 4 blood draws during my 3-hour glucose test. I checked my sugar tonight 1 hour after eating and it was 134. Two hours later it was 115. I just dont get it. I'm terrified and was wondering if any of my November gals are going through the same thing? What has your doctor recommended and what is your plan?
