Early miscarriage
My last menstrual period was June 20, 2018. I found out I’m pregnant so I should be like around 9 weeks and 6 days but I went to my second ultrasound and they see sac but no fetal heartbeat ...I don’t know if I miscalculated my period or if I’m less weeks than what I expected...I went to the er and they said it might be a miscarriage but I haven’t had any bleeding pls help has anyone gone thru this I’m stressing so much ☹️ any opinions?
