Pain with bowel movement in first trimester

TMI sorry. I’m 10w4d, I have been experience obvious change with bowel movement but nothing major until today. I got up at 630 to go to work and felt like I had to have a BM , I sat on the toilet for over an hour with excruciating pain in my left lower side. This has happened to me once a little over 2 years ago to the point that I considered going to the ER.

The pain today went away after BM. Is anyone else experiencing or has experienced this , what have you done to prevent it.
