I was confirmed pregnant last week, today I should be 6w1d. Did an ultrasound and she couldn’t find anything so she did a transvaginal and found the sac. She thinks it’s because I may not actually be 6 weeks yet. Anyone had this happen?

Last pregnancy i had a 7 week ultrasound and nothing could be seen. Then a transvaginal and everything was seen. I’m also overweight though, not sure if that helped the situation

I went in thinking I was 5w6d but the scan said 4w6d ... ..so I don't know 
they could see sac and yolk but no fetal 
my hcg was 10632 that day. 
going again on monday hopefully we can see heartbeat.

My apps say I'm 5/6 weeks. I mc in April and have been checking my hcg with the docs office. Its rising. They told me they cant see anything till your hcg is like 3-4000. So mabye it's just soon like ya said. Gl2ya 🙏
