I recently got out of a toxic and controlling relationship my ex controlled everything about me and I was often triggered by my ex and it led to me abusing him. I hate myself for what I’ve done and I want to work on myself being a better person. I moved across the country after almost being put in jail. I wanted a fresh start and I tried to meet some people and make friends. So I went on a meeting people app and talk to some girls and guys. This one guy I found on there we clicked immediately started to like each other. So we started “talking” and my ex would always bother me and I told the guy I was talking to he then asked for his number And I’m guessing he told my ex to leave me alone and my ex calls him back telling him my whole life story about how I’m abusive and whatever else he said which he already knew because I told him. after 3 weeks of that he started to become distant and not talk to me. I asked if anything was wrong he said he had a bad day. I left him alone to get some space. Then the next week I became very sick and was sleeping almost all day so I wouldn’t respond to texts or calls. I would just try my best to focus on school because I go to school online. I would sometimes go on the talking app on my computer but since me and him started talking I haven’t been on it. I deleted the app on my phone but never signed out of it on my computer I just closed the tab. So everytime I go on my computer it will say I’m still signed on the dating app. So this guy accuses me of playing him and talking to other guys and I tried explaining to him that I wasn’t. But he wasn’t letting up I’m like ok it’s whatever I’m not gonna make some guy bring drama into my life when I’m trying to better myself so I stopped responding to him and every time I try to give him another chance he brings up drama. So when I tell him I’m done he calls up my ex and they must’ve had a conversation about how my ex was right about me all along
