Baby girl is constipated .. help ):

My daughter is 7 months old. She hasn’t really pooped in the last 2 days. Today she has this little scream when she’s struggling to poo. I’ve given her gas drops, apple juice with water, and I fed her some prunes. She hasn’t seemed interested in her solids today.. she did poop a little but it was (OK TMI ) but it was wide , kinda had a blue tint to it & it was as heavy as a rock.. but she is really backed up .. what else should I do.. I hate seeing her in pain 😭😭 I also took her temp & it was 99.8
