23 and ttc my second

This has been a rough journey, with my first baby I was able to get pregnant pretty quickly. One year ttc and I'm getting pretty discouraged w/ #2. I had an IUD 6 months after DD and it was ripped out during an er visit. Shortly after I became pregnant to find it was a chemical. Since then my moods dropped significantly and I've been taking anxiety medication. I'm afraid these events have some how affected my chances. Also I've lived with endometriosis for many years now and have had lupron injections and surgery to try and help with tissue problems. Anyone have anything similar? I'd love to hear some positive stories
