Endometriosis belly?

After (bloating started before 10 minutes):

By looking up symptoms (anal pain to the point where I can't walk, period like cramping, spotting in between periods) all the symptom checkers said "endometriosis". I went to a clinic, they couldn't do much since I didn't want a man doing a vaginal exam so I'm going to my primary on the 7th and hopefully I'll be referred to an obgyn.

Ive recently felt a lot of pressure in my pelvic area whenever I sit up straight or use the restroom. I then found out about endo belly. I decided to take pictures to compare and at first I didn't notice too much until I looked at my lower belly. Its really inflamed in the 2nd photo, compared to the 1st. Any opinions?
