Cold/flu Possibly pregnancy related??

I ovulated Monday or Tuesday of this week, and starting Wednesday I've been feeling like CRAP. Sore throat, stuffy, runny nose, body aches, headache, chills, not wanting to eat and the worst stomach soreness and needle pains in my whole stomach. Like I did 1000 sit ups 😭 my youngest child is sick as well (not sure if I got it from her or she got it from me) BUT 1 or 2 weeks before I found out I was pregnant with her I was sick as a dog!! The same kind of feeling as now accept I had diarrhea back then! Hoping this is my month and I didn't just catch the flu. We've been ttc #3, this is our 5th cycle ttc. It happened the first try with #1 and after 3 months with #2 so I'm sad it not happening so quickly this time. 😥
