TMI Question

So I had my son 4 weeks and 2 days ago via c-section. My doctor told me she was ok if sexual activities resumed at 4 weeks so long as incision site and stomach area didn't hurt. Well my husband and I resumed a week earlier unprotected (no pain). We want our kids close together, we aren't actively trying to get pregnant but aren't trying not to either. Yesterday, I was having a lot of mucousy discharge with spotting in it. Is this normal to resume my cycle? Normal for having a baby recently? Or is this a sign of pregnancy again? Idk. What does this mean? Please no negative comments, since the last time I posted about something else, I had ppl telling me to take plan B.
