Anyone else have painful "cramps" that come in waves?

They come in waves like contractions, and my stomach tightens and I can't tell if it's my uterus or if my body is trying to evacuate the unbelievable constipation in my bowels. My doctor said it's fine and to drink a lot of water but I'm a little worried.

You can get them if your hot of dehydrated. I found drinking alot more water and staying out of the heat helped alot

Yeah, I’ve been having it since week 8. Doctors (3 of them) say it’s just Braxton Hicks and as long there’s no leakage or blood, there’s nothing they can do. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My Ob said UTI can cause contractions like that. I had them a few weeks ago. She recommended cranberry pills for a week then every other day with lots of water. My cramps are totally gone now

Yep and it’s mostly normal but up your water intake immediately just Incase. I actually had to head to the ER two nights ago because my Braxton Hicks were 5 minutes apart. Thankfully, I was just dehydrated and a bag of fluid fixed everything quickly! 
Even if you think 100 oz or so is enough, its not during pregnancy!! The cramps SHOULD slow down after drinking more! However several a day (or less than 5 an hour) are actually normal!

It could be Braxton Hicks. Some get them early. Just rest and listen to the doctor unless you feel like somethings really wrong.
