Hi, period 2 weeks ago light dark bleeding for two days now

Hi, I’ve was on the IUD MIRENA BirthControl for 6 years. I’m 21 with NO KIDS. My first period in February lasted about two weeks long February 19th to March 4th. My second period lasted 1 week. Now my periods have been on track since. My cycle is 32 days & period starts 14/15 & last 5 days. Well my last period was the same. I have sex frequently with my boyfriend. I’m not on any type of birthcontrol. & for the past two days I’ve been spotting LIGHTLY. I’m ovulating. I know it’s too early to take a pregnancy test... could I be pregnant??
