Cervix??

I’m 22.5 weeks Dh and I were dtd this morning and things felt a little different down there. I showered and then after things were still feeling a little bit swollen. I kind of felt up in there and my cervix is super high and I can get the tiny end tip of my finger in the opening. Is this ok or does it mean something’s wrong? I just had an u,trasound on Wednesday and my cervix was perfect 4.9 cm and closed. Haven’t felt any contractions or had bleeding and I feel baby moving and he’s got a strong 155 on the Doppler. Should I be calling my midwife or is this normal?
