CONGESTION 😭🤢

What can I take for congestion? I’m 10 weeks & 3 days today. There’s nothing in this entire world that I hate more than being congested!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME! Lol Usually only one side gets “congested” so I’ll toss and turn all night to lay on the side that’s not congested but this time it’s persistently BOTH sides😭 I’ve taken Tylenol but nothing! I can taste fine, I have no fever, no aches or nothing. Only a MASSIVE head ache & Sever Congestion! Help meeeeee💔 What can I take to relieve this congestion NOW??
