I stopped it cold turkey and I had the worst migraine EVER. You can slowly start cutting down each week, but don't quit cold turkey 🦃

Don't quit it all at once, I went without mine for a week because of insurance troubles getting it from the pharmacy, and man oh man, I looked like I was high and I acted high too. Never. Again.! Just talk to your doctor and maybe cut it in half after about a week of doing that stop it. But def talk to your doc and get advice as well.

Talk to your doctor but you should do it slowly. I was on 20mg when I first stopped and they said I could just stop because it was a “low dose” but I knew there would be a withdrawal because I accidentally stopped it (kept forgetting to request a refill lol) for a weekend or so and felt awful.

If you’re just taking one tablet a day, you can cut down to half and take that for about a week before stopping it entirely. It would be better if you could break the tablets up into quarters but I never had much luck with that. 
Just don’t stop taking it altogether - you need to do it gradually. If you haven’t gone off it before it’s best to talk to your doctor about how to do it.
