BLEEDING AFTER SEX PAIN?!😰

I just started having sex for the first time ever just two months ago w this guy I’m seeing the first 2 times we did it I was bleeding a lot and I thought it was bc of my hymen. But the third time same thing I was bleeding and I thought something wasn’t right. I went to the OBGYN and she said that I had a bacterial and yeast infection which was why I was bleeding due to irritation so she gave me pill and suppository inserts for a week. After that I was fine finally didn’t bleed! However the last two times I had sex recently I bled again although it wasn’t a lot only a few drops it still makes me worried. I do get a lot of recurrent yeast infections and UTIs almost every other week or so. I properly wash myself and do all that stuff wear loose underwear pee after sex, no sugar, no caffeine. Idk I’m just paranoid I hope it’s just irritation from if I had a yeast infection but I’m also like what if tjis is somethig more serious. I’ve been having recurrent utis and infections this past year even before I lost my virginity so I know it’s not bc of sex. I also heard birth control causes yeast too so idk I’m I just so tired of running around to doctors all the time I need advice from someone who’s been through this or something similar thanks
