Blood in urine after sex??

Hey gals, two days ago ago a friend of mine had sex for the first time but she believes she had already tore her hymen before then. The guy did not use protection and she is pretty sure he pulled out.

She is now seeing blood in the toilet bowl after peeing and is freaking out because she doesn’t know if it’s normal or if it’s a uti or sti. She is on the pill and it is not her period.

Just looking for some advice for her on what it may be or what the cause may be, thanks in advance honeys xxxx
