Cycle day
I am starting clomid this month but I’m torn on what CD 1 is for me . I had red spotting all day yesterday( I didn’t need any products) and light flow today( today is a slightly heavier flow than yesterday where I need products)
So is cd 1 yesterday or today? I tried calling my RE but they are closed for the holiday. Yes they have staff on for emergencies but I don’t feel like this is an emergency.
