Rape...

I'm posting this anonymously becuase I know I'm gonna get hate but if you were so drunk and hook up with someone how is that considered rape if the other person was drinking too? I mean if it's considered them raping you then wouldn't it also mean that you raped them since both of you were drinking?

I guess I just don't completely understand it becsuse people on here say that both people were drinking but the girl was the one people say was raped.
