Heartbreak

Does anyone have any advice on heartbreak? My partner left me 3 weeks ago because he doesn’t know what he wants we have two children together been together for four years now all of a sudden he doesn’t know if he wants to be in a relationship I feel like I’m in limbo I can’t move on because I have to wait for him to decide what he wants I can’t do anything I haven’t eaten for weeks I can’t sleep do anything I’ve been put on antidepressants but I don’t want to admit I’m depressed he’s been staying at home with us sharing the same bed but still doesn’t know what he wants I just feel so confused and sad
